• Obtain a claim reference number and an Audatex code from your insurer.
• Choose where you would like your car repaired. IT IS YOUR CAR AND YOUR RIGHT TO CHOOSE.
• One of our VDAs will carry out the initial assessment and required documentation of damages.
• We will communicate and coordinate with insurance companies.
• Estimation and approval process using  AUDATEX.
• Repair and restoration procedures using Thatcham methods/ Escribe.
• Quality control and post repair inspection to BS10125 standards.
